Alessandro Gerada

Alessandro Gerada MD is a consultant microbiologist in Liverpool Clinical Laboratories, where he also leads the national Brucella Reference Unit. He graduated from the University of Malta medical school and underwent microbiology specialty training in Liverpool, UK. He is currently a doctoral student in artificial intelligence and digital health at the University of Liverpool, with research interests that include machine learning and computer simulation.
