This first issue of 2015  includes an editorial on chikungunya, a commentary on rabies deaths in Africa and a review paper on paediatric asthma and ambient pollutant levels in industrialising nations as well as an Open Access paper on mental distress and podoconiosis in Northern Ethiopia.
