Enimie Oaikhena Endurance

Oaikhena Endurance Enimie is an academic staff with the Department of Biotechnology, Nigerian Defence Academy, Afaka,  Kaduna State, Nigeria.  Her research molecularly classifies species of Leishmania and identifies compounds as potent drugs isolated from selected plants against Leishmania, Trypanosoma, and Plasmodium parasites. Enimie is highly interested in the epidemiology and production of safe and efficacious drugs for prominent neglected tropical disease parasites affecting some selected states in the northern region of her country. She  wishes to produce novel drugs that will solve resistance problem exhibited  by these parasites. She had her MSc and PhD in Biotechnology at the Nigerian Defence Academy and had worked for over 12 years in the biotechnology department.
