Dr Jake Dunning

Dr Jake Dunning is Consultant and Hon. Clinical Associate Professor in Infectious Diseases at the Royal Free Hospital, London, where he leads the HCID service and the High-Level Isolation Unit. He is also Director of NHS England’s Contact HCID Network, and an Honorary Consultant in EPRR at UKHSA. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Pandemic Sciences Institute, University of Oxford, where his national and international research focuses on emerging and high consequence infectious diseases, including mpox and viral haemorrhagic fevers, and acute respiratory and enteric virus infections.
