We address key themes in global health
At our events, we convene members and supporters and ask for feedback into what direction the Society should take on key themes.
We support early career researchers
We also support early career researchers through mentoring and giving them a platform to share their research. We run events in the UK, Tanzania and India and have plans to run more across the world.
We host global conferences
In 2019 we welcomed over 1,600 delegates to our events, most notably to the European Congress on Tropical Medicine & International Health (ECTMIH) which attracted delegates from around the world.

RSTMH run a varied programme of events throughout the year. This includes events for early career researchers, a two-day annual conference and one-off lectures and networking events. Events are announced through our fortnightly newsletter and are posted on the events page.
Cost varies depending on the event. We offer tiered pricing for RSTMH members, students and those who are retired. Please see individual event listings for more information.

We offer grants for RSTMH events such as research in progress and our annual meeting. You can find out more information about grants to specifc events by signing up to our newsletter.
