"The 2020 call for nominations is timely because work by established scientists in Africa is now contributing to our understanding of the clinical epidemiology of COVID-19 and informing government policy on managing the pandemic. I know that many RSTMH members are making a difference to the wellbeing of populations at risk of emerging and re-emerging infections. They should nominate themselves or someone else for the award."
