Claire joined the RSTMH team as Membership Manager in January 2018.
She has spent the last two years working at the Association for Art History, a membership body and charity, developing their membership and engagement strategy. Whilst at the organisation, Claire project managed the implementation of a new CRM system, revised a new digital marketing strategy, and worked closely with the Campaigns Manager on partnerships and advocacy.
Before working in membership, Claire spent over 10 years working in press and communications for internationally renowned organisations including the British Museum, as well as not-for-profit bodies such as Arts Council England.
At RSTMH, Claire aims to develop new ways in which to engage with members, as well as strengthen the value proposition offer in alignment with our 5-year strategy.
