Dr Komi Assogba

Komi Assogba is based in Togo, and is currently working on the establishment of the stroke care pathway through Teleneurology, participating in the elimination program of cysticercosis, and in the national mapping of neurodegenerative diseases. He obtained my doctorate in medicine in 2004 and had his graduation in neurology in 2008. His passion for research and teaching led him to become a full professor of neurology in 2000. 

Komi says that the position of Country Ambassador gives him the opportunities to bring tropical medicine to the vulnerable populations to reinforce sustainable health development. He says he has always dreamed of working in the field and sharing his experiences with colleagues nationally and internationally.
