Adriana Thursby-Pelham

Adriana joined RSTMH as Meetings and Events Manager in December 2018.

Adriana joined us from Clinks, a membership organisation representing voluntary organisations in the criminal justice system. During her time there she developed an extensive programme of events including roadshows and conferences.

Prior to this she spent four years delivering experiential leadership development programmes for senior leaders and students. This included London study tours as part of the Commonwealth Study Conferences, bringing together senior leaders from across the Commonwealth to work on a global challenge. She has run programmes in several countries including Malta, Dubai and across the UK.

Adriana is responsible for all RSTMH events, ranging from small meetings to our annual conference. She is also responsible for events run with partners and is working towards increasing contact with members and supporters across the globe through events.

An avid traveller, in 2016 she took a career break to travel across South America which sparked a love of salsa dancing which she tries to do as much as possible in her free time.
