Ella Green

Ella joined RSTMH as Administrative Assistant in July 2021.

Prior to this, she worked for SKSi, providing administrative support and managing internal communications. She also volunteered with Pepal, creating digital content to support local healthcare charities in India, Uganda and Tanzania.

Ella graduated in 2020 with a BA in History and German from the University of Leeds. During her degree she spent a year living in Hamburg, teaching English at a local secondary school. She travelled to Northern Greece twice during this time to volunteer on a refugee camp, providing food, clothing, and entertainment for the children. She wrote her Final Year Project on women's reproductive healthcare in early colonial Uganda.

In her spare time, Ella enjoys reading, hiking, swimming and cycling.
