Dr Deb Prasad Pandey
Dr Deb P Pandey was born and grew up in a snakebite-prone Madi Valley of Chitwan District, Nepal. He achieved M.Sc. degree in Zoology with Parasitology as a special paper from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2002, and PhD degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany on 18 Sep 2015. He published 28 original research articles, 6 books, and 1 book chapter in the field of parasites, snakebites, snakes, and research methodology. He has been working as an Associate Editor of Transaction of Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) since 4th July 2023. He has been a member of International Society of Toxinology since 3 Feb 2015, RSTMH since 22 Dec 2020, and American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene since 1 Sept 2023.
