Annual General Meeting 2021 and President's Address (RSTMH members only)
This event is for RSTMH members and Fellows only
RSTMH's Annual General Meeting will take place on 7 October at Room 9, RCP at The Spine, 2 Paddington Village, Liverpool L7 3FA, and also will be broadcast live on Zoom (online-only tickets are available).
Votes for this year’s AGM can be made through the submission of a completed proxy form in the ways described in the proxy notice by 13:00 BST on 6 October 2021, and also in person on the day.
> All AGM documents are available to members and Fellows in the RSTMH Members Area
While we are making arrangements for people to attend the meeting remotely for the purpose of watching the meeting and asking questions, unfortunately we won’t be accepting votes from those joining remotely on the day, in case there are technical issues.
We welcome all members and Fellows to attend the meeting in person or virtually, to hear the formal resolutions, the presentations, and any other business.
Immediately following the AGM our new President, Professor Janet Hemingway, will deliver her Presidential Address on 'Will the COVID experience help transform Infection R&D?' which is open for all to attend.
