Aman Dua

Aman Dua is a PhD scholar at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, and her research is focused on enhancing mental health and substance use literacy among college-going young adults. She focuses on empowering young adults with knowledge and skills necessary for early identification of mental disorders, supporting peers and encouraging timely help-seeking. Her work entails extensive field visits to various colleges in Delhi, where she engages with students and key stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of their intervention needs and priorities. Aman completed her public health training at the Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi, and gained valuable experience interning with the Indian government's policy think tank and the World Health Organization, prior to her PhD.
