Dr Faisal Abbas

Faisal Abbas is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, NUST, Islamabad Pakistan. Faisal completed his PhD from the University of Bonn, Germany. Faisal was ‘Experienced Researcher’ at the Centre for Poverty, Equity and Growth at Göttingen University (2017-19), Germany. He researched and worked with Cornell University (2015-16), and Carlo Schmidt Fellow WHO, Geneva (2008). He holds prestigious Fulbright, Volkswagen Foundation, Carlo Schmidt, and Alexander von Humboldt fellowships. Faisal will spend 2023 at the Centre for Development Research (ZEF), Bonn University Germany as SDG fellow.
