Dr William P. Howlett

Dr Howlett is a physician and visiting researcher at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC), in Moshi, in northern Tanzania. He has a specialism in HIV, Konzo and capacity building and has worked in humanitarian response and global health since 1980.
