Technical Writing Specialist at Malaria Consortium

Lisa Chestnutt is the Technical Writing Specialist at Malaria Consortium, where she supports the development of peer-review publications, proposal writing and other technical outputs. Lisa previously studied MSc Environmental Change and International Development at the University of Sheffield where she conducted fieldwork investigating water quality in the Galapagos Islands and completed her thesis on contribution of protected areas to disaster risk reduction in collaboration with UN Environment World Conservation Monitoring Centre. Following her postgraduate degree, Lisa joined the Malaria Atlas Project as a Research Assistant where she supported mapping the global distribution of malaria and worked on the World Malaria Report and the Global Burden of Disease study. Lisa then moved to the policy team at Malaria No More UK where she supported the development of the Commonwealth Malaria Report and Commonwealth Malaria Tracker.
