Fortune Effiong

Effiong is a medical laboratory scientist in Nigeria and a budding global health researcher, leader and advocate. His research interest is centered on Universal Health Coverage (UHC). He is a member of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH), and won the  2022 RSTMH small grant to conduct research on health insurance schemes in Nigeria.
