Malaika EL Amrani

Malaika EL Amrani is a nurse from New Zealand. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at EIT in NZ, then went on to complete a certificate in mental health at Whitireia Community Polytechnic in NZ, a diploma in advanced nursing at the University of Auckland in NZ, and a second postgraduate diploma in Tropical nursing at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK. She is currently a Master of Infectious Diseases student at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK, and a mentor and peer support for MSF (Doctors without Borders), for which she has also worked for the last six years. She is passionate about global health, infectious diseases and neglected tropical diseases.
