Michael Wiafe

Michael Wiafe is a faculty member at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, University for Development Studies, Ghana. He has both PhD and MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and BSc in Community Nutrition. He is interested in food, nutrition, dietetics and public health related research.
