Remy Hoek Spaans

Remy Hoek Spaan is studying for her MRC Doctoral Training Partnership at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. With her PhD titled, Evaluating the Impact of Indoor Residual Spraying on Malaria Transmission Parameters within a Spatio-Temporal Framework (IRS-ST). 

She believes that health is a human right and by dedicating her work to infectious disease control, she wants to give everyone, regardless of their background or where they live, the opportunity to enjoy their lives in good health.
