Transactions: Volume 116, Issue 11, November 2022
Transactions of The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene was founded in 1908. Take a look at the articles featured in Volume 116, Issue 11.
This issue includes a lessons from the field article on the lessons learned in the implementation of programmes to eliminate trachoma within conflict zones. It also includes review articles on subjects such as the emerging computational technologies in human leishmaniasis. Original articles in this issue include a study on the two first epidemic peaks of long COVID-19 in Southeast Brazil, as well as a population-based cohort study on the risk factors associated with non-vaccination in Gambian children.
Also in this issue is a case-control study in the Democratic Republic of Congo exploring mental distress and health-related quality of life in gabienese human African trypanosomiasis. The lead author of this study was awarded an RSTMH Small Grant in 2020 (now called RSTMH Early Career Grant) in order to conduct this study.
