Dr Tongyan Zhao

Dr. Tongyan Zhao, is Professor in Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, AMMS of China. Over 30 years, her research focus on mosquito biology and control, published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers in Chinese and in English, including biosystematics, population genetics, ecology of main vector mosquito, vector competence of potential vectors of Zika virus and West Nile virus in China, and resistance to pyrethroid.
