Md. Rafiul Hasan
Md. Rafiul Hasan is a medical doctor pursuing his Master of Public Health (MPH) at the National Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine (NIPSOM) after completing the Field Epidemiology Training Program, Bangladesh (FETP-B) at the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) under the direct guidance of the US CDC. With seven years of experience across various levels of the government health system, he served as the focal person for the Integrated COVID-19 Control Room during the pandemic and represented Bangladesh at the 74th World Health Assembly. His research interests focus on public health, particularly clinical epidemiology and health systems strengthening, with a vision to improve access to quality healthcare and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
