Dr Petra Klepac
Global Health Modelling consultant at the World Health Organisation
Dr Petra Klepac is a mathematical ecologist working on transmission dynamics and control of infectious diseases with a particular interest in international cooperation in global health. Her research lies at the interface of ecology, epidemiology, and economics. More recently she has been working on how climate change could impact dynamics and distribution of neglected tropical diseases. She is currently a Global Health Modelling consultant at the World Health Organisation and is affiliated with Oxford’s Big Data Institute and the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge.
