Helen Hamilton

Helen is a Senior Policy Analyst on Health and Hygiene at WaterAid UK. She has been working with WaterAid since 2017. Helen leads the organisation’s policy and advocacy on global health and hygiene, championing policy, programming and research innovation on comprehensive approaches to public health.

Helen’s experience includes linking water, sanitation and hygiene aspects with programmes to improve maternal and newborn health and nutrition and working to strengthen health systems governance and approaches to infectious diseases and disability inclusion.

Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with Political Science from the University of Birmingham, and a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the Kings College London.
