RSTMH's Annual General Meeting will take place on 28 September 2023 at The Library, Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4RL at 5pm BST.
Votes for this year’s AGM can be made through the submission of a completed proxy form in the ways described in the proxy notice by 12.00pm BST on 27 September 2023, and also in person on the day.
This year it is not possible to attend the AGM online however the presentations of the Honorary Treasurer and the Trustees will be made available to members and Fellows after the AGM, with draft minutes of the meeting.
We welcome all members and Fellows to attend the meeting in person, free of charge, to hear the formal resolutions, the presentations, and any other business.
