RSTMH's Annual General Meeting will take place on 10 October 2024 at the Max Nasatyr room, Coin Street neighbourhood centre, 108 Stamford Street, South Bank, London SE1 9NH at 5:00PM BST.

Votes for this year’s AGM can be made through the submission of a completed proxy form in the ways described in the proxy notice by 12.00PM BST on 9 October 2024, and also in person on the day. Find the proxy form here. 

This year it is not possible to attend the AGM online however the presentations of the Honorary Treasurer and the Trustees will be made available to members and Fellows after the AGM, with draft minutes of the meeting.

We welcome all members and Fellows to attend the meeting in person to hear the formal resolutions, the presentations, and any other business.
